Terms of service
Draft. This page is a placeholder until the final text is agreed with a lawyer. Questions: hello@kibutiwifi.com.
Customers
A bundle gives internet access at one Kibuti spot for the time shown when you pay. Time starts when you are connected and is not paused when you leave. If you paid and were not connected, contact us with your phone number and we will put it right.
Partners
Partners host a Kibuti access point on their own internet line, set their own bundle prices and receive their share of every sale in their Kibuti wallet. Kibuti keeps an agreed service share of each sale. The full terms are in the partner agreement signed before setup.
Fair use
The WiFi may not be used for anything illegal in Tanzania. Each connection has a speed limit so that everyone gets a fair share.
